To avoid waiting times at reception, you’re welcome to settle your bill the evening before departure. If you’re arriving late (after 8 p.m.), please let us know in advance. We’ll have everything ready for you!

With our travel insurance, you have the option of cancelling your stay free of charge up to 24 hours before the day of arrival. Cancellation insurance is €7.00 per person per day and is automatically added at the time of booking to avoid any cancellation fees. The deposit already paid (minus the cancellation insurance fee) will be credited to your next stay or transferred back to you on request.

If you choose not to take out the travel insurance, the Italian hotel contract conditions apply:

• Up to 14 days before arrival: no cancellation fees
• 10 to 4 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount will be charged
• from 3 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount will be charged

It’s a contribution to the preservation of the natural and cultural treasures of our region. The tax of €3.50 per guest aged 14 and over is charged per night and paid separately at the hotel.

Yes, there are. You can conveniently charge your electric car at our charging stations (for a fee). We rent out our own Tesla for sustainable road trips through South Tyrol.

Solo travellers are very welcome here. You’ll stay in a double room for single use. We charge a supplement of €35.00 per day. For single occupancy in a suite, we charge an additional €50.00 per day.

We love your four-legged companions! For your dog, we charge €30.00 per day without food. Your furry friends will feel particularly at home in the hotel’s outdoor areas. We ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the dining room or pool area, as well as in our Swiss Stone Dream Suites and our Panorama Apartment.

In the apartments, we charge an additional cleaning fee of €50.00.

If you choose not to have the evening menu, we will deduct €25.00 per person from the half-board rate.
