A good start to your day: gourmet breakfast
The early hours of the day belong to tranquillity. Take a seat, lean back – we’ll take care of everything. Every day brings new delights, served directly at your table: a different smoothie each morning, chia seed pudding, organic muesli, fine cheeses – there’s always something new to try. And then we’ll ask the question: How would you like your eggs today? Always fresh, always made to your liking, always prepared with care. Help yourself at our indulgent breakfast buffet: freshly baked, crispy rolls and healthy wholegrain bread made from traditional family recipes in our in-house bakery, freshly pressed juices, yoghurt with fresh fruit, a wide selection of loose-leaf South Tyrolean herbal teas, Italian coffee creations, and a range of regional sausage, ham, and cheese specialities. Lactose- and gluten-free options are also available on request. Don’t miss our homemade jams – you’re going to love them!
