"The House of the Roses" history & tradition
The Hotel Zum Rosenbaum belongs to the Pristinger family since generations, as far back as 1640, and since centuries it is known as “house of the roses”.
In the marvelous rose garden a few scenes of a famous film “Heimatlos” (homeless) with Beppo Brehm, Marianne Hold, Joe Stöckl and Peter Weck were shot.
We are renowned for our sincere hospitality, quality of our services and care for details.

This painting represents Our Lady who survived a fire broken out in the bakery of the Maria Plain convent.
