Natural Delights from the Region
Holidays for gourmands at Zum Rosenbaum, close to Merano. Many local and international specialties will be prepared by Chef Norbert for his guests.
Kitchen is strictly connected to the land but it's reviewed on the basis of fantasy and refinement typical of the great chef. Dishes are enriched by herbs taken on the kitchen garden personally tidy by Pristinger's family.
GOOD MORNING!
In the early morning the lady of the house cooks an healthy and vital breakfast, with a bio-corner, fresh bread, cold cuts, home-made cakes, yogurt, cereals, fresh fruit and juices. On request, you can also find home-made sandwiches to recharge your battery before a new exciting day walking or biking.
DINNING ROOM BY CANDLELIGHT
When you get back from trips, you can enjoy dinner on the "veranda" or into the dining room by candlelight. A full menu made of local specialties and traditional buffet of salads and appetizers, to finish with sweets ... Delicacy every day and every night.
Under the stars will be a pleasure to rest in the garden or on the terrace, accompanied by a good glass of wine made in South Tyrol, telling and remembering the adventures of the day.
At sunset, when the last rays of sunlight illuminate Nalles and Val d'Adige and guests go home, at Zum Rosenbaum Hotel they will be welcomed by the scent of our roses coming from the garden and the "Rosensuite".
